Senior Staff Applications
Senior members who would like to be part of MEIV should
- fill out a CAPF17
- Specify the position they would like to apply for. Senior Staff positions include:
- Encampment Commander – Senior member, Captain or higher, at least two encampment experiences, one as an encampment commander, vice commander, senior staff member or similar/related military experience; excellent communication skills both verbal and written; leadership skills a must. Must be able to provide RST in accordance with CAPR 52-16 and CAPP 52-12 Vol 1 and 2.

- Specialty Track Teachers/Trainers
- Transportation Officer
- Open General (Willing to work in any area of responsibility)
- Submit CAPF 17 by email to the squadron commander.
- The squadron commander will then forward the CAPF17 to the encampment commander.
All senior members need to have completed the cadet protection program training and must have the training updated on eServices in order to be part of the encampment staff.
All Cadet & Senior applicants will be interviewed by the encampment selection team either in person or via video conference utilizing Skype if a face-to-face interview is logistically impossible. Squadron commanders, please ensure all cadets who have submitted an application are present for his/her interview. When possible, interviews will be conducted at the Cadets/Seniors squadron.
